WHAT WE DO
MX Holdings operates a strategically located European supply chain hub in Romania. Our well established fuel terminal, strategically located only 350 km from the Port of Constanta on the Black Sea, is seamlessly linked to all major transportation routes, including roadways, railways, airfields, and other essential lines of communication. Our European fuel terminal operations extend from the border of Ukraine to the Mediterranean region. Our bonded terminals have the expertise and capacity to consistently meet the requirements of each delivery. And our fuels management team remains actively engaged in various critical processes, including procurement, logistics (to include testing), storage, and distribution. Our comprehensive delivery process manages all necessary permits, fees, and relevant taxes until the product reaches its destination. With operations originating in Romania, our fulfillment of US Government contracts are exempt from taxes and fees in accordance with the United States Treaties and Other International Acts Series 06-721. The agreement is aimed at sharing the responsibility of supporting US forces that may be present in Romania. US forces and their contractors are free from taxes, fees or similar charges. And Article XI of NATO’s Status of Forces Agreement provides for these same US Government exemptions for cross-border deliveries.
